The first 5 days it wasn't comfortable for me and I thought I wasted so much money, but then I got used to it and since then I haven't had any problems. The only thing I might improve (without it bothering me) is the adjustment of the arms to move away and come closer to the seat more than the 2-3cm that the pads move. It is worth the money.
