Tasting notes: El Profesor Añejo tequila is made with very ripe and select agaves, aged for at least 12 months in French oak and American barrels. It has a light sweetness with a strong presence of agave, brown sugar, and vanilla. It exhibits aromas of wood, notes of chocolate, toasted almond with vanilla, and has a very fruity finish with a very pleasant alcoholic note. In the mouth, it transports us to a wonderful experience full of flavors such as wood, light fruity sweetness, a hint of vanilla, and roasted almonds. A very long aftertaste that penetrates and is infused in the palate in a stunning way, paying tribute to the great El Profesor.
