    1. Remove the red safety locks on the sides
    2. Unscrew the pull-up bar by hand on the left and right so that the bars on the side come out
    3. Reinsert the red safety locks but not all the way
    4. Snap the supports on the left and right
    5. Fit the pull-up bar approximately to the door
    6. Twist the pull-up bar (from the middle) so that it starts to open until it tightens well against the door
    7. Push the red safety locks to snap in

    Give it your all.
