    I have a 24 BTU for the living room of 50 sqm and a 12 BTU in the middle of the entrance between the two rooms because it is a maisonette and they heat it up! I am very satisfied with the performance in both cooling and heating in a seaside house with humidity in the winter and very heat in the summer, but they perform so well that I have no issues + when they reach the temperature I set, they stop and start again when the temperature drops, resulting in good savings on electricity. It has all the necessary functions you need from an air conditioner and I have no regrets about the purchase; on the contrary, I recommend it!

    Because I have experience with air conditioner installations and I have an opinion, Toyotomi has not managed to solve a problem it has had for 14 years..... and that is the noisy outdoor unit. Not the motor, but the fan. Unacceptable. Although as a machine it is efficient and of good quality, with movable electric blinds on the right, left, up and down, the noise from the outdoor unit is unacceptable, which is why it only gets 3 stars.

    I bought two and placed them in the bedrooms. One works very well until today. The other one didn't perform correctly from the beginning. I called a technician and the only problem was that the filters were very dirty. That means they need regular cleaning. As for the HEPA filters, I found them expensive as one set for one unit costs 9 euros, so both cost 18 euros. Overall, I am satisfied. I have not used the mobile app because I don't need it. I have used the self clean function several times without seeing any significant result.

    It has been installed in a 30sqm house and its performance in heating is satisfactory (12,000btu model). Regarding the noise, it depends on whether you put it on full power, it sounds quite loud, but if you set the fan to 1-2, it works almost silently. Very positive that you can turn it on remotely from your mobile before leaving work and find your house warm. The connection to wifi is really done in 1 minute through the application without any difficulty. The installation plays a big role, so be careful to have it done correctly by a reputable company.

    Purchased in October 2023. Compared to the previous Fujitsu model from 12 years ago, it is much inferior in every aspect. In heating, after some time it starts blowing... cold air, while its energy consumption rivals that of heaters. Absolutely terrible... I wonder how they gave it an energy class rating of A+++/A++.

    Follow up in July 2024: In cooling, it is truly ridiculous. It consumes 9 kWh from 00:00 to 08:00!!

    Very good air conditioner! The noise intensity is good. Not completely silent but not to the point of being annoying. Pay attention to the installation of the outdoor unit. Mine was not properly secured and it caused a lot of noise inside the house through the wall. With a correction in its support, the difference in noise was HUGE (so it wasn't the air conditioner's fault but the installation technician's). The heating quality is excellent, as well as the sleep and quiet programs that help a lot with noise during sleep. The Wi-Fi application literally solves your hands (in terms of adjustment) wherever you are, whether inside or outside the house.

    Because I have experience with air conditioner installations and I have an opinion, Toyotomi has not managed to solve a problem it has had for 14 years..... and that is the noisy outdoor unit. Not the motor, but the fan. Unacceptable. Although as a machine it is efficient and of good quality, with movable electric blinds on the right, left, up and down, the noise from the outdoor unit is unacceptable, which is why it only gets 3 stars.

    I bought two and placed them in the bedrooms. One works very well until today. The other one didn't perform correctly from the beginning. I called a technician and the only problem was that the filters were very dirty. That means they need regular cleaning. As for the HEPA filters, I found them expensive as one set for one unit costs 9 euros, so both cost 18 euros. Overall, I am satisfied. I have not used the mobile app because I don't need it. I have used the self clean function several times without seeing any significant result.

    It has been installed in a 30sqm house and its performance in heating is satisfactory (12,000btu model). Regarding the noise, it depends on whether you put it on full power, it sounds quite loud, but if you set the fan to 1-2, it works almost silently. Very positive that you can turn it on remotely from your mobile before leaving work and find your house warm. The connection to wifi is really done in 1 minute through the application without any difficulty. The installation plays a big role, so be careful to have it done correctly by a reputable company.

    Purchased in October 2023. Compared to the previous Fujitsu model from 12 years ago, it is much inferior in every aspect. In heating, after some time it starts blowing... cold air, while its energy consumption rivals that of heaters. Absolutely terrible... I wonder how they gave it an energy class rating of A+++/A++.

    Follow up in July 2024: In cooling, it is truly ridiculous. It consumes 9 kWh from 00:00 to 08:00!!

    Very good air conditioner! The noise intensity is good. Not completely silent but not to the point of being annoying. Pay attention to the installation of the outdoor unit. Mine was not properly secured and it caused a lot of noise inside the house through the wall. With a correction in its support, the difference in noise was HUGE (so it wasn't the air conditioner's fault but the installation technician's). The heating quality is excellent, as well as the sleep and quiet programs that help a lot with noise during sleep. The Wi-Fi application literally solves your hands (in terms of adjustment) wherever you are, whether inside or outside the house.

    I have a 24 BTU for the living room of 50 sqm and a 12 BTU in the middle of the entrance between the two rooms because it is a maisonette and they heat it up!
