Preparation instructions:
- Boil the noodles for about 4 minutes or soak them in hot water (about 70-80°C), cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Then rinse the noodles with water and drain them.
- Serve as a side dish or mix with other ingredients and spices of your choice. The noodles can also be stir-fried for 2-3 minutes. Suitable for soups as well.
