I bought it for the summer, with the aim of cooling the space, and so far I am quite satisfied.
It is very good, powerful and easy to use, while the ability to control it via the app (ConnectLife) is particularly practical, especially when you turn it on before you go. Its main drawback, however, is that it produces quite a lot of water. The drainage hose cannot be placed in a detergent bottle, as the water flows back. Once, water started dripping from the air conditioner inside the room.
The best solution is to connect it directly to a drain or to a suitable drainage pipe. I bought an extra drainage hose and joined it with insulating tape, creating an extension to the balcony drain/siphon. Because the extension is almost horizontal and does not have the necessary slope, about once a day I need to give the water a small push so it can move toward the pipe. Nevertheless, when enough water collects, it drains on its own without you having to do anything.
I chose it over other air conditioners in the category, as I had read quite a few reports about problems and breakage in their blades/fins after about two years of use.
Used for an open living room connected to the kitchen and hallway, about 30 sq m. It does not cool the bedroom with the door open, but I did not buy it for that.
It is not noisy, neither indoors nor the outdoor unit.

For summer it does a good job so far in one month of operation, but the mobile app is the worst I have ever seen. It simply has whatever functions the remote control has, nothing extra like being able to choose the position of the louvers or specific times of the day to change to specific temperatures.

Update: After about 2 weeks of use, the noise decreased noticeably, as if some parts had "settled" into place. The situation is now much better. I just hope it doesn't return to its original noise levels when I use it again next summer.

I got an 18,000 BTU one for the village house and a 9,000 BTU one for the children's room, which replaced a 29-year-old Panasonic of the same performance. I've had the one at the village for 2 months now and have been using it, it's superb, the indoor unit is quiet as well as the outdoor one, amazing cooling, good quality plastics, generally I think it's very good, it has quite a few features!!!
I installed the 9,000 BTU one a week ago, so far as I expected it is, since I had an idea from the larger one’s performance, the technician who installed it for me is a friend and told me the best about this brand, he also told me that the importer is the same one that brings Mitsubishi air conditioners to Greece!!! I think that is no coincidence. It's early for a complete opinion, but so far I am satisfied, and certainly with their price too, 630 for the big one and 339 for the small one!!! I will update again about their heating as well!!!

Η καλύτερη λύση είναι να συνδεθεί απευθείας σε υδρορροή ή σε κατάλληλο σωλήνα αποχέτευσης. Εγώ αγόρασα έναν επιπλέον σωλήνα αποστράγγισης και τον ένωσα με μονωτική ταινία, δημιουργώντας μια προέκταση μέχρι την υδρορροή/σιφόνι του μπαλκονιού. Επειδή η προέκταση είναι σχεδόν οριζόντια και δεν έχει την απαραίτητη κλίση, χρειάζεται περίπου μία φορά την ημέρα να δίνω μια μικρή ώθηση στο νερό ώστε να προχωρήσει προς τον σωλήνα. Παρ' όλα αυτά, όταν συγκεντρωθεί αρκετό νερό, αποστραγγίζεται και μόνο του χωρίς να κάνεις κάτι.
Το επέλεξα σε σχέση με άλλα air - condition της κατηγορίας, καθώς είχα διαβάσει αρκετές αναφορές για προβλήματα και σπασίματα στα φύλλα/φτερά τους μετά από περίπου δύο χρόνια χρήσης.
Χρήση για ανοικτό σαλόνι που συνδέεται με κουζίνα και διάδρομο περίπου 30τμ2. Το υπνοδωμάτιο με ανοικτή πόρτα δεν το δροσίζει αλλά δεν το πήρα γι' αυτό.
Δεν είναι θορυβώδες ούτε εσωτερικά, ούτε εξωτερικά η μονάδα του.
For summer it does a good job so far in one month of operation, but the mobile app is the worst I have ever seen. It simply has whatever functions the remote control has, nothing extra like being able to choose the position of the louvers or specific times of the day to change to specific temperatures.

I bought it because it was described as quiet, but unfortunately the noise it made was such that it kept us from sleeping.
Update: After about 2 weeks of use, the noise decreased noticeably, as if some parts had "settled" into place. The situation is now much better. I just hope it doesn't return to its original noise levels when I use it again next summer.
Το πήρα επειδή αναφέρεται ως αθόρυβο, όμως δυστυχώς ο θόρυβος που έκανε ήταν τέτοιος που δεν μας άφηνε να κοιμηθούμε.
Update: Μετά από περίπου 2 εβδομάδες χρήσης, ο θόρυβος μειώθηκε αισθητά, σαν να «κάθισαν» κάποια εξαρτήματα στη θέση τους. Πλέον η κατάσταση είναι αρκετά καλύτερη. Ελπίζω μόνο να μην επανέλθει στα αρχικά επίπεδα θορύβου όταν το ξαναχρησιμοποιήσω το επόμενο καλοκαίρι.
I got an 18,000 BTU one for the village house and a 9,000 BTU one for the children's room, which replaced a 29-year-old Panasonic of the same performance. I've had the one at the village for 2 months now and have been using it, it's superb, the indoor unit is quiet as well as the outdoor one, amazing cooling, good quality plastics, generally I think it's very good, it has quite a few features!!!
I installed the 9,000 BTU one a week ago, so far as I expected it is, since I had an idea from the larger one’s performance, the technician who installed it for me is a friend and told me the best about this brand, he also told me that the importer is the same one that brings Mitsubishi air conditioners to Greece!!! I think that is no coincidence. It's early for a complete opinion, but so far I am satisfied, and certainly with their price too, 630 for the big one and 339 for the small one!!! I will update again about their heating as well!!!

Το 9αρι το έβαλα εδώ και μια εβδομάδα ,μέχρι στιγμής όπως το περίμενα είναι μιας και είχα εικόνα από το μεγαλύτερο απόδοσης,ο τεχνικός που μου το τοποθέτησε είναι φίλος και μου είπε τα καλύτερα για αυτή την μάρκα,επίσης μου είπε ότι ο εισαγωγέας είναι ο ίδιος που φέρνει στην Ελλάδα τα κλιματιστικά Mitsubishi!!! Νομίζω ότι δεν είναι τυχαίο.Νωρίς είναι για ολοκληρωμένη άποψη,αλλά μέχρι στιγμής είμαι ευχαριστημένος,και σίγουρα και από την τιμή τους ,630 το μεγάλο και 339 το μικρό!!! Θα ενημερώσω εκ νέου και για την θέρμανση τους !!!

I bought it for the summer, with the aim of cooling the space, and so far I am quite satisfied.
It is very good, powerful and easy to use, while the ability to control it via the app (ConnectLife) is particularly practical, especially when you turn it on before you go. Its main drawback, however, is that it produces quite a lot of water. The drainage hose cannot be placed in a detergent bottle, as the water flows back. Once, water started dripping from the air conditioner inside the room.
The best solution is to connect it directly to a drain or to a suitable drainage pipe. I bought an extra drainage hose and joined it with insulating tape, creating an extension to the balcony drain/siphon. Because the extension is almost horizontal and does not have the necessary slope, about once a day I need to give the water a small push so it can move toward the pipe. Nevertheless, when enough water collects, it drains on its own without you having to do anything.
I chose it over other air conditioners in the category, as I had read quite a few reports about problems and breakage in their blades/fins after about two years of use.
Used for an open living room connected to the kitchen and hallway, about 30 sq m. It does not cool the bedroom with the door open, but I did not buy it for that.
It is not noisy, neither indoors nor the outdoor unit.
