    I can't comment on its effectiveness as a supplement, but the main drawback is that it does not dissolve in liquids. At best, and with vigorous stirring, it becomes a suspension, and the powder settles at the bottom very quickly after you stop stirring.
    Of course, you have to swallow the suspension quickly and you feel the powder in your throat.

    Within a week I developed blisters on my feet, it must have some kind of additive or something, as soon as I stopped using it and got another one, they disappeared. Cheap doesn't mean good... I bought it from a store in Bulgaria... either way, I don't recommend it.
