After two years of extensive use, I can safely say that it is an excellent product. I agree with another reviewer's observation regarding the price. When I purchased it, the price was around 30 euros. And it is definitely worth the money. It has not shown any stability issues or major problems so far. The link aggregation works very well. Yes, it does not support PoE, so if you need something with PoE, it is not for you. Its compatibility with other equipment is satisfactory.

I got it in the summer to connect the homelab with the rest of the house, on top I have placed the TV box, isp router, pc server link and an extra one that I have for when I bring laptops home for repairs, last week it reached 100 days of uninterrupted operation (uptime), the management menu is very satisfactory for its price and overall its functions and construction are worth 100%, with the same money you can't easily find a Gigabit managed one, the only "negative" is that it doesn't have poe but for its price it's fine.

If you want it for the office or even for home it will serve you perfectly, even if you don't have technical knowledge it's just plug and play and you don't need to deal with its managed capabilities.

UPDATE: Its price is normally 25-35 euros, don't pay the 60 they ask for.

EDIT: Today (3/5/21) it is very expensive 50-60€. I had bought it back then for 25 euros with shipping.
