    The color is as shown in the picture. The base requires you to fill the compartments they give you with heavy material to hold the umbrella. The dimensions are not those stated by the manufacturer. It is 3.16 x 1.75 straight without including the inner curve that the umbrella makes upwards. I would not have bought it if they had written the actual dimensions. The reason I am not returning it is because, in order to set it up and see the whole product, you do not have the ability to return it exactly as it was in the packaging.
