This knife is 100% handmade and crafted at the Laguiole en Aubrac factory in France. It features a stainless steel 12c27 Sandvik blade, known for its strength and durability. Its handle is made from horn, offering a unique feel and appearance.

Maintenance: It is recommended to wash only by hand and to dry thoroughly after washing.

The Laguiole en Aubrac is a characteristic example of the revival of traditional cutlery, maintaining artisan production in the historic region of Laguiole. The LOG stamp (Laguiole Origine Garantie) engraved on the back of the blade certifies the authenticity and quality of the product.
