The Laguiole-en-Aubrac company stands at the forefront of reviving the tradition of cutlery in the Aubrac region. By creating workshops in the historic Laguiole area, the company combines expertise and creativity, promoting French knives internationally. The artisanal production is certified with the LOG (Laguiole Origine Garantie) seal, engraved on the back of the blade.
