Δε μου φάνηκε αποτελεσματικό. Στην 1η εβδομάδα περιόρισε την όρεξη αλλά μετά 1 μηνα με 1 χάπι/ημέρα έχασα 1-2 κιλά. Επαιρνα ένα χάπι διότι τα δύο χάπια προκαλούσαν εξάντληση ή δυσφορία.
