    A great product, it did its job the one time I needed it, I moved a flipper by myself.
    2 negatives are that:
    - the little shovel to lift furniture is a bit short in front, meaning if you don't have direct access to the leg of the furniture, it's hard to reach it
    - indeed, as many say, the furniture falls off the wheels, especially if you have poorly laid marble or tiles that create a "step" and the wheels get stuck
