I purchased this specific card for use in an action camera with the ability to shoot in 1080p. During the time that this card was in use, the video quality was very good. There were no recording or playback issues. I tried it in 4K (at 100bit) and it couldn't handle it. So, it's better not to consider it for 4K.

The downsides... I used it to record video in a dash cam (a camera that is installed in the car and records for security purposes in case of an accident). These cameras record in loop mode, meaning that once the memory card is full, they delete the oldest recorded video and continue recording. Before this card even filled up, it froze, locking the further recording, and only played back. Its lock does not go away no matter what I tried, and when I contacted the manufacturer LEXAR, they suggested, after I sent them the purchase receipt, either to refund me the amount (wholesale price and not what I paid of course) or replace it with a new one. This happened 8 months ago. At first, I chose to have it replaced with a new one, only to be told that I have to wait for the warehouse in Europe to open (they couldn't send it from the US... haha). Of course, according to them, the warehouse in Europe still hasn't opened and they don't know if it will open before the second coming.

So, I asked to be compensated with the equivalent amount, which is the current value of it. They took a while, but eventually refunded me the amount of its current value on the manufacturer's invoice. The only thing worth it is the adapter that I use for easy and fast file transfer to the PC.

So, draw your own conclusions. Personally, I will never choose LEXAR again.
