The Sure Petcare Hub is the connecting link that transforms your compatible devices into a comprehensive, smart care network. By connecting the Hub to your router, you unlock all the advanced features of SureFlap Connect devices (such as smart pet doors) and SureFeed Connect devices (such as automatic food bowls). The device collects all activity data and instantly transmits it to your mobile phone. This way, you gain a complete picture of your pets' daily routines, ensuring everything runs smoothly even when you're away from home for work or travel.

Thanks to the Hub's collaboration with the free Sure Petcare App, you receive instant notifications on your device for every activity of your little friend. You can know when your cat or dog enters or leaves the house, how often they eat or drink water, as well as the exact amount of food they consume. Additionally, it allows you to remotely lock or unlock smart doors, change the access schedule at any time, and share access to the app with family members or pet sitters.

Designed to meet the needs of every household, a single Sure Petcare Hub has the ability to connect and manage up to 10 different smart devices from Sure Petcare simultaneously. The setup process is extremely simple and quick: just connect the Hub to your modem using the included Ethernet cable and power it on. Its distinctive design, resembling a cat's head, features bright LED indicators on the "ears" that light up, visually informing you of the connection status. It is the most reliable investment for proactive monitoring of your pets' health and behavior.
