The essential oil of patchouli is obtained from the plant Pogostemom cablin through the process of steam distillation. The color and scent of the oil depend on the flowers that will be used during extraction.

Should be avoided by pregnant women and children under 5 years old. Individuals with heart conditions and hypertension should use it with caution and medical advice. Do not expose yourself to sunlight if you have used citrus essential oil for 12 hours.
