Flower salt is a premium quality natural raw salt without chemical additives. It comes from the natural salt pans of Messolonghi and is collected using traditional methods from the surface of the water. When the water evaporates, the salt crystals create a froth that gathers at the edges of the salt pan and is known as flower salt.
