    I bought two, and both were charged together in a charger that is also a power bank. I assumed I would have a power bank of 19,600 mAh since one is 9,800, so a phone with a 5,000 mAh battery should be charged at least 3 times. The result was not as expected; they only lasted for one charge. I'm not very sure if they are actually 9,800 mAh; they seem too high. They were also tested in a flashlight; it took one and lasted on high setting for two hours without the light intensity dropping, and then another 3 hours on a lower setting. I would say that 2 hours at maximum output and another 3 until they are drained is quite good. 5 hours of operation is good for a flashlight. They are at 4.2 volts measured with a multimeter. Overall, they are worth the money and do their job just fine
