The bench backrest adjusts quickly to 6 positions, cut with robotic laser precision, covering the full range of angles from a decline (-25º / -15º) to a steep incline (75º / 80º), as well as a flat position. This versatility allows you to precisely isolate every section of the chest, the anterior deltoids, and the back using dumbbells or a barbell.

The seat adjusts independently to 3 available positions, keeping your body locked at the correct angle without sliding forward during steep incline presses. The anatomically designed backrest, measuring 92 x 30 cm, provides continuous spinal support, dramatically reducing strain on the lower back.

Leg Extension and Scott Curl System – Complete Muscle Isolation in One Machine

The integrated leg attachment features 4-position height adjustment and supports loads of up to 100 kg, allowing you to perform challenging quad extensions and hamstring curls. It is fully compatible with both Ø50 Olympic plates and standard Ø28 plates, offering complete flexibility with the equipment you already own.
