Is this a Thunderbolt 4 cable? The connectors are USB C, it seems capable of USB 4 but even the website lists Thunderbolt 3 compatibility - NOT Thunderbolt 4

To be honest, I don’t even know if this cable is thunderbolt 3 or thunderbolt 4. I don’t remember what was written on the package. But the cable seems to be good and works fine. I bought it to connect external SSD drives.
