    Okay, in taste it's good and in the yogurt I added it, I enjoyed it.. Now whether it's protein or flour, what can I say, I don't know.. but for its price, value.. it's something you can't really tell the difference unfortunately as a supplement..

    2. The solubility is great and it doesn't cause bloating!!

    Neutrals:
    This particular flavor is just okay and drinkable. Just to say that I'm drinking/eating my protein without expecting anything amazing from the taste.

    Cons:
    1. I tried other flavors like salted caramel and fusion chocolate, and for me, they were undrinkable. Of course, taste is subjective.
    2. As a whole (from the 3-4 I tried), their flavors are medium quality at best.

    As an overall note, it is a very economical choice with mediocre flavors. Personally, I choose it because of the price.
