The 1/3 Cotton Pads by Pyunkang Yul are innovative pads made from Rayon Pulb. They are designed to absorb only one third of the amount of liquid skincare product you would normally use.

Due to the special thermal processing of the fibers from which they are made, these pads make the application of toner or essence more effective compared to traditional cotton pads.

They initially absorb and hold the liquid and then release it onto the skin. They are extremely thin and do not leave lint, making them ideal for use as a face mask.
