It is a system entirely made of stainless steel that sits between the burners and the grate. Initially, it acts as a barrier, completely preventing annoying flames from reaching our food. It quickly develops very high temperatures as it traps the heat and, thanks to its specially designed holes, distributes it evenly across the entire cooking surface, eliminating cold and hot zones. This way, we utilize the entire area of our grate. The liquids and fats that fall onto the hot surface evaporate instantly and return in the form of steam to our food, keeping it juicy and tender and making grill cleaning easier than ever since the fats no longer fall into the tray!
