The H30A is an absolute powerhouse amplifier. In monophonic mode, it provides a truly astonishing 1100 watts into 8 ohms and is absolutely stable even with 1-ohm loads. To achieve this, all our skills and knowledge in amplifier design have been applied and combined with the best electronics. The power source of the H30A uses 2 separate 1000 VA toroidal transformers for quick response and minimized transformer noise. With a power bank of 270,000 μF capacitors, the H30A can handle even the most difficult musical piece at any volume, always having enough power in reserve.

At the output stage, we use 56 pieces of 15A 200W high-speed, ultra-low distortion bipolar transistors. With so much power ready at any moment, things like speaker sensitivity and load variations no longer matter. With the H30A you can confidently drive any speaker you like. However, power is nothing without the details that accompany it. In high amplification like this, the input is particularly vulnerable to electrical interference that distorts the musical signal. One problematic type of distortion is higher-order distortion. This is a distortion that is far removed from the original musical frequencies and can often make the amplifier sound harsh and unmusical.

In the input stage of the H30A, we eliminate this by using matched pairs of FET transistors. These are carefully matched transistors that have exactly the same values, and therefore have no higher-order distortion. Other types of distortion are canceled out with our patented SoundEngine technology. This actively monitors the musical signal for distortions and corrects the distortion using a feed-forward design. SoundEngine effectively eliminates distortion in real-time as the signal is amplified. These methods make the H30A sound very smooth and natural, without sacrificing detail.

The H30A is designed as a monophonic power amplifier, but it can also be used as a stereo power amplifier. It features both balanced (XLR) and unbalanced (RCA) inputs and a 12V trigger input. For the best possible connection, the H30A features high-quality, gold-plated speaker terminals. Typically, when you move from one amplifier to a more powerful one, you experience more of everything.
