Ways to maintain the quality of wood:

Do not use the dishwasher.
Before the first use, clean it with hot water (65°C) and liquid soap, and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
After each use, always clean with water and soap, rinse well, and dry it so that the wood does not remain wet for a long time.
After rinsing, place it in a vertical position and store it only after it has completely dried.
Regularly apply olive oil for greater care. Apply it and let it sit overnight to absorb.
Vinegar disinfects wood naturally.
For frequent disinfection, we recommend placing the wood at 65°C for a few minutes (e.g., oven air).
