Synthetic Gilding Varnish Manetti

Synthetic iconography varnish for the protection of gilded surfaces from Manetti. It protects gold and silver leaf from external conditions.

  • It must be diluted before use with 20-30% ethanol (cohol).
  • Apply gently with a brush or spray.
  • Dries in approximately 4 hours.
  • Once dry, the surface gains a transparent and bright protective layer.
  • Protective coating for gilded surfaces.
  • Prevents oxidation of the leaves.
  • Before application, the surface should be clean, dry, and free of any grease.
  • Composition: Ketonic resin in an ethanol solution.
  • Clean tools and brushes with ethanol after use.
  • Store in a cool, dry place inside the container, tightly closed, away from sunlight or heat.
  • Coverage: 10-12 square meters per 1 liter.

Packaging: Glass container 100ml, 250ml, and 1000ml.
