    After 3 years of using this product, I only have negative things to say...
    Within 2 and a half years of use, its main circuit board got burnt, so I had to spend money on repairs... not to mention that the board was not readily available, so it had to be repaired. One year after the incident, it shocked my wife and tripped the circuit breaker, even though there was no electrical problem in the house (I brought an electrician). The device is unacceptable, it doesn't even have the yellow grounding wire.
