By far the best cream for atopic dermatitis. This is a face cream, but I use it on my body on targeted areas. I know there is also a body cream, but it definitely has nothing to do with the quality of this one. It is worth every penny and more. I wish it were easy to find it in the USA.

Dermatitis around the eyes. I tried to treat it on my own with a chemical-mechanical method. Two dermatologists recommended another cream from a more well-known company that did some work but irritated the area. I tried Atop alone and it works wonders, the only negative is that it is heavy. Even after 8 hours of sleep after application, your eyelids feel like you haven't slept for 2 days. Amazing otherwise

I have had to use it twice. The first time on a daily basis on my face after an allergy, my face was swollen and filled with pimples and it was itchy. And the second time on my hand when I had an allergic eczema from poison ivy. As soon as I used it, the burning and irritation went away and in two weeks, the marks from the pimples and the eczema disappeared. Excellent cream, easily absorbed and soothes irritated areas. The scent is not anything crazy but you can't say it's bad, but it's not strong and it disappears immediately. I prefer it to smelling something synthetic. It leaves my skin moisturized and the difference is immediately noticeable, the oiliness stops and the pores shrink. It's worth it!
