The sound sensor can recognize the presence of a specific sound frequency, but it does not recognize the intensity of the sound.

Features:

  • Adjustable sensitivity via a digital potentiometer.
  • Operating voltage: 3-5 V (3.3 V).
  • Output in the form of a digital switch.
  • Stable screw socket for easy installation.
  • PCB size: 3.2 cm x 1.7 cm.
  • Wiring instructions for the module:
    • VCC: 3.3 V to 5 V.
    • GND: external ground.
    • OUT: output interface of the small board (0 and 1).
  • The sound of the module is more sensitive to the environment and is used to detect the intensity of surrounding sounds.
  • When the sound intensity exceeds the set value, the OUT output changes level.
  • The small digital OUT board can be connected directly to a microcontroller for sound level detection.
  • Additionally, it can directly drive a relay module, creating a sound-activated switch.
