This is the first time I’ve bought a beach sunshade. Very good purchase. I’ve had it for a month and I’m absolutely satisfied with its cost compared to others on the market. If one stretches its ends well with enough weight (e.g., sand or stones — in the second case, be careful that the stones don’t rub against each other with the fabric in between, because it will start to wear out), the sunshade stands comfortably in quite a bit of wind, even with gusts of 6 Beaufort. I use it in southern Crete; those who know, understand!
I consider it a big advantage that the sand/stone pockets are integrated with the fabric and are not attached to it with a cord.
Two points to note:
1. The truth is that it is better to have a total of 4 support points, meaning 2 additional points (either by buying extra "stakes," or you can use 2 trekking poles with rubber bands to secure the fabric).
2. For me, who is quite sensitive to the sun, it still needs another light fabric on top, as reinforcement. The protection it offers on its own is personally just barely weak — but I have low tolerance to the sun.
Compared to other similar products at 130–150 euros, I wholeheartedly recommend this one at 70.
Είναι η πρώτη φορά που αγοράζω σκίαστρο παραλίας. Πολύ καλή αγορά. Το έχω έναν μήνα και είμαι απολύτως ικανοποιημένος για το κόστος του σε σχέση με άλλα του ανταγωνισμού. Εάν κανείς τεντώσει καλά τα άκρα του με αρκετό βάρος (π.χ., άμμο ή πέτρες - στη δεύτερη περίπτωση προσέξτε μην τρίβονται οι πέτρες μεταξύ τους με το πανί ανάμεσά τους, γιατί θα αρχίσει να φθείρεται), το σκίαστρο στέκεται άνετα με αρκετό αέρα, ακόμα και με ριπές 6 μποφόρ. Το δουλεύω στην νότια Κρήτη, όσοι ξέρουν, καταλαβαίνουν!
Θεωρώ μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα οτι οι θήκες για άμμο-πέτρες είναι ενιαίες με το ύφασμα, και δεν συνδέονται με σκοινάκι με αυτό.
Δύο σημεία προσοχής:
1. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι είναι καλύτερο να έχει κανείς συνολικά 4 σημεία στήριξης, δηλαδή επιπλέον 2 σημεία (είτε αγοράζει εξτρά "πασσάλους", ή μπορεί να χρησιμοποιήσει 2 μπατόν πεζοπορίας με λαστιχάκια για να φιξάρει το πανί).
2. Για εμένα που έχω αρκετά μεγάλη ευαισθησία στον ήλιο, χρειάζεται ακόμα ένα ελαφρύ πανί από πάνω, σαν ενίσχυση. Η προστασία που προσφέρει από μόνο του προσωπικά μου είναι οριακά αδύναμη - αλλά έχω μικρή ανοχή στον ήλιο.
Σε σχέση με άλλα όμοια προϊόντα στα 130-150 ευρώ, αυτό με τα 70 το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
Very easy to set up and with good wind resistance, it just doesn't have any good sun coverage at all.
