Great caution at the point where the cable connects to the plug. It bends with the elbow and at some point short-circuits with the risk of fire. Twice I was in danger of burning and now I am very careful when I get up from the bed. Of course, the same applies to all Chinese products of this kind and it is due to the poor quality cable.
Perfect in everything, I had bought it as a gift and only heard the best things about it all winter in a house without heating.
4 months later, the problems started. The lights turn on but it doesn't heat up. I take out and put back the controls but it doesn't...

We bought three of these mats. We plugged them in for almost half an hour, testing all three settings. They never got warm. They emitted a very faint heat, like a 10-watt bulb when you bring your hand close to it. Because we saw the very good reviews, we bought three pieces with relative confidence from the start. It might have just happened to us or it could be the store's fault. But all three are problematic? What are the chances?
πήραμε τρια τέτοια υποστρώματα. Τα βάλαμε στην πρίζα επί σχεδόν μισή ώρα , δοκιμάζοντας και τις τρεις βαθμίδες. Δεν ζεστάθηκαν ποτέ. εξέπεμπαν μια πολύ αμυδρή θερμότητα, σαν μια λάμπα των 10 w που πλησιάζεις το χέρι σου κοντά της. Επειδή είδαμε τις πολύ καλές κριτικές αγοράσαμε με σχετική σιγουριά τρία τεμάχια εξαρχής. Μπορεί να έτυχε σε εμάς ή να φταίει το κατάστημα. Όμως και οι τρεις προβληματικές; πόσες πιθανότητες;
The most important thing is that I am not bothered at all when I touch metal structures when I lie down, like the radiator next to the bed, which with other brands was very unpleasant. I don't realize that it is in the bed. On one side, it is warm enough for men.
