Measuring Guide: Measure the length of the cable (D), divide it by 30.5, and the resulting number is the cable length in feet, then round the number.
Example: (D)246 : 30.5 = 8.06 = 8FT
If there is no old cable: For outboard motors, calculate A + B + 90cm, and the resulting number is the cable length in cm, then divide it by 30.5, and the resulting number is the cable length in feet, and finally round the number.
Example: (A)50+(B)220+90=360 : 30.5=11.80 = 12FT
For inboard/outboard & inboard engines, calculate A + B, and the resulting number is the cable length in cm, then divide by 30.5, and the resulting number is the cable length in feet, and finally round the number.
Example: (A)50+(B)220=270 : 30.5= 8.85 =
