    I didn't run, I only walked.
    It's user-friendly and works just fine, you just need to have 2 smart bands, one worn on the wrist and one on the foot in the running clip (7 on the wrist and 8 on the foot, that’s what I had).
    The only thing that bothered me is that if you lose the plastic aid (let's call it a spatula) that is used to remove the band from the running clip, it must be difficult to take it off
