    I run as an amateur at a fast pace of 5.00 and long/easy runs at 6.10. I would say they are comfortable for running, but up to 21k, not for more. The daily fast 10ks and tempo runs are probably their field. These specific shoes also highlighted a pronation issue on my right foot that I hadn't noticed with other shoes. They are not "stability" shoes, meaning they don't offer enough lateral support for the foot's landing. They didn't cause me any problems, but I feel a bit strange when stepping. Worthy shoes, but I will turn to something else because I want more kilometers on a daily basis.

    Update (23/05/2025):
    I have done over 500km. I eventually fell in love with them and will probably get them again if I find them! They are very good for fast intervals, which I now train at 4:10". They go on asphalt, dirt, hills, wet surfaces, everything, a workhorse as they say! They suit me well since I step in the middle and front, so the "support" doesn't bother me, I don't need it.

    Very good and reliable training shoe from Puma that has made a strong comeback. Efficient and comfortable, especially considering the purchase price of around 90 euros, it is excellent in terms of quality-price ratio. It is always good to try a running shoe (ideally on a treadmill, something that is available in several specialized stores) as with so many options in shoes, there are definitely differences in fit and foot strike for each individual. After 1200 km with this shoe, I consider it one of the best purchases I have made!
