It doesn't post, resulting in having to turn off the power supply switch and turn it back on immediately. I should note that I have a KVM box connected, which may be causing some short circuit; with the 1151v2 setup, I didn't have a similar problem. I will have an update if anything changes with BIOS updates or HW management.
Update 1 09/05/2024: The computer simply never posts by itself (after power on, obviously) without pressing to turn it off and turn the power supply back on. Restarts in video games where it is GPU focused, the GPU crashes at 70° - 75° max, something it didn't do with the old machine where it could rise without issue to 84°. I will update again.
Update, it seems I was not the only user with this specific problem, and after some time and diagnosis, it turned out the motherboard was problematic. Whether I was unlucky or not, I don't know, as I didn't take the risk of accepting a replacement with the same one and went for a better one. I thank Skroutz for the service!
