The label Ovilos, from the Biblia Chora Estate, is a wine with aromatic richness and perfect balance between freshness and barrel. 

It has a bright yellow color with light green highlights, and it is the marriage of two unique and yet so different varieties, the French Semillon and the Greek Assyrtiko. 

Expressive and complex nose with aromas of tropical fruits (pineapple, mango), peach, apricot, and herbs. Full-bodied with rich fruit and excellent balance. Long-lasting aftertaste.

 Served chilled and pairs ideally with seafood and Asian cuisine dishes.

    9.5 out of 10 times that I will drink wine, I will prefer the red one. I had read some reviews on a website and decided to give it a chance. It impressed me. Very good wine, everyone in the company liked it and they all wanted to refill their glass. The two bottles emptied very quickly. I will buy it again.
