Ktima Gerovassiliou dry white wine is made from Malagousia and Assyrtiko grapes. Pre-fermentation cold maceration is followed by vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at approximately 18 °C. It has a pale straw colour with greenish highlights and aromas of exotic fruit, pepper, jasmine, orange, melon, herbs and lemon.
On the palate, it is rich and harmonious, with pleasant freshness and a lemony finish. Serve at 8–10 °C. Best enjoyed within the first 2 years. It pairs well with fish and seafood, white meats, pasta, vegetables, salads and Asian cuisine.
