Dwarf variety of Aloe that forms rosettes with a diameter of 5cm, with numerous new plants developing from the base of the plant (offsets). The leaves are deep green, fleshy, and triangular, with soft, silver hairs at the edges giving a spiky feel.
The flowers are orange-red and grow to a height of 30cm above the plant. It requires ample watering during the summer for proper growth and minimal watering during the winter months.
Origin: Hybrid created by John Bleck who crossed two species endemic to Madagascar, Aloe descoingsii and Aloe haworthioides.
