The special tool can be used, among other things, for:
- Installing or removing the camshaft and crankshaft.
- locking the moving shafts or securing them in the desired position, facilitating the replacement of the timing belt.
- Adjusting or checking the timing in the engine.
The set includes:
- Crankshaft locking tool.
- Two camshaft locking pins.
- Timing tensioner locking shaft.
All tools can be stored together in the convenient carrying case. The timing adjustment tool kit is compatible with Vauxhall/Opel, among others: Astra-H.
