Nico Lazaridi’s Dama Koupa dry white wine has a bright pale yellow colour and aromas of white-fleshed fruit and spring flowers. Its fine structure leads to a fresh, aromatic finish.
Made from Assyrtiko, Muscat of Alexandria, Chardonnay, Ugni Blanc and Roditis, it undergoes traditional white winemaking at a low temperature. It pairs with fish, seafood, pasta and green salads, and is served at 8–10 °C.
