    Cabernet Sauvignon

    It produces wines with intense tannins, full body, and characteristic aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, black cherry), often with notes of cedar, mint, or tobacco. They have excellent aging potential.

    Merlot

    It gives wines with soft tannins, medium acidity, and aromas of red fruits (cherry, plum), often with notes of herbs or chocolate. They are rounder and softer on the palate compared to Cabernet Sauvignon.

    Agiorgitiko

    It can produce from rosé and light red wines with aromas of fresh red fruits (strawberry, cherry), to dense, aged wines with aromas of plum jam, spices, and chocolate. The tannins are usually velvety.

Winemaking

Classic red winemaking with pre-fermentation extraction for Merlot and Agiorgitiko and post-fermentation extraction for Cabernet. Fermentation temperatures up to 28°C. The new wine ages for approximately 12 months in barrels made of French and American oak.
