Cultivation: Done with the principles of biodynamic cultivation.
Vinification: The Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah are aged for 12 months in new 225lt acacia barrels and then blended with Agiorgitiko of the following year and aged for another 12 months in new 225lt French barrels.
Organoleptic Characteristics:
- Deep, impenetrable ruby color with dense tears in the glass.
- Overripe nose with aromas of black fruits such as black cherry, blackberry, and dried fruits such as fig and raisin.
- Sweet spices, intense barrel notes with hints of toast and vanilla.
- On the palate, the wine is dry, with a full body, velvety ripe tannins, and balanced acidity.
- Ripe on the palate, with high alcohol warming and a prolonged aftertaste.
- A dynamite wine, very impressive even at first glance, more to chew than to drink.
- Ready for consumption with the ability to age for at least 15 years.
Enjoy it with dishes featuring intense spicy notes.
