    Cabernet Sauvignon

    It produces wines with intense tannins, full body, and characteristic aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, black cherry), often with notes of cedar, mint, or tobacco. They have excellent aging potential.

    Syrah

    It gives dense wines with rich aromas of red and black fruits (blackberry, plum) and characteristic notes of black pepper, tobacco, or even leather. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with intense tannins and good structure.

    Agiorgitiko

    It can produce from rosé and light red wines with aromas of fresh red fruits (strawberry, cherry), to dense, aged wines with aromas of plum jam, spices, and chocolate. The tannins are usually velvety.

Vinification: The Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah are aged for 12 months in new 225lt acacia barrels and then blended with Agiorgitiko of the following year and aged for another 12 months in new 225lt French barrels.

Organoleptic Characteristics:

  • Deep, impenetrable ruby color with dense tears in the glass.
  • Overripe nose with aromas of black fruits such as black cherry, blackberry, and dried fruits such as fig and raisin.
  • Sweet spices, intense barrel notes with hints of toast and vanilla.
  • On the palate, the wine is dry, with a full body, velvety ripe tannins, and balanced acidity.
  • Ripe on the palate, with high alcohol warming and a prolonged aftertaste.
  • A dynamite wine, very impressive even at first glance, more to chew than to drink.
  • Ready for consumption with the ability to age for at least 15 years.
