Mix for Enchanted Cream® Choco

The FunCakes Mix for Enchanted Cream® Choco is ideal for cake filling and frosting, as well as for topping cupcakes. It is extremely light and fluffy, allowing you to create perfect swirls on cupcakes.

Preparation instructions:

For 1 serving of Enchanted Cream®, mix 150 g of the mix, 100 ml of milk, and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes on high speed. You can also add flavors of your choice. The cream is ready to use immediately and can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, stirring before use.

One serving is enough to fill 2 layers and cover a 25 cm Ø cake or to pipe swirls on approximately 24-30 cupcakes.
