  • After 2.5 years, mine broke too, with a G93 weighing 9 kg on top. Luckily, it wasn't far from the desk and the monitor wasn't damaged at all. I contacted the company to see if they'll cover anything

as everyone says, the arm broke and the monitor hung down
By unscrewing the arm to see if I could find a repair solution
I discovered that the end piece that adjusts the tension of the very strong spring is wrongly made from zamak metal,
    Defective! construction-design!

Excellent build quality, sturdy for up to, in my opinion, a 12 kg monitor. The downside is the gaps in the user manual regarding possible adjustments.

One star is too much. 2 of these broke within 6 and 9 months respectively. 34" - 6.8kg monitor in both cases. They are supposed to be for monitors up to 20kg and 49". Fortunately, mine were low and the monitors didn't break. UNACCEPTABLE THINGS FOR BRATECK. STAY AWAY!!!

Unfortunately, the arm cannot support a large screen. The mechanism broke while holding a 45-inch LG. Fortunately, the bottom of the screen was resting on a shelf, so I'm not crying over 1300 euros... So, for ultra wide over 8 kg, stay away...
