    For easy, quick use it's ok but nothing fancy. It's like frying something (but because it has a good non-stick surface you don't need oil) and it mainly cooks the part of the meat that touches the surface, so by the time you cook it all you risk burning it. So it's recommended for thinly sliced meats, fish, vegetables, etc.

    With handmade souvlaki, sea bream, thick steak it tired me to the point that I wanted to put them in the oven.
