The company Vakakis Wines was founded in 2011 with the aim of creating a limited number of bottles of high-quality wines. In the production of the products, particular emphasis is placed on the selection of raw materials and the winemaking process.

All the company's vineyards are organically cultivated, linear in shape, and were planted from 2004 to 2012. The average production per hectare does not exceed 500 kilograms. The cultivated varieties are all Greek and preferably from the Aegean:

  • White: Muscat of Samos, Assyrtiko
  • Red: Fokiano, Avgoustiatiko, Black Muscat of Samos

Single-variety wine from sun-dried White Muscat grapes. The grapes were spread out in an olive grove to receive sun exposure only at specific times of the day. They remained in the olive grove for 15 days. It ages for 36 months in French oak barrels and is suitable for long aging.
