    I had a lot of gray hair, as you can see in the photo. The color in this shade came out quite good, but later when I got one shade lighter it came out the same, meaning the hair did not lighten at all. I will try again with a lighter shade to have a complete opinion.

    The negatives are that it does not have complete instructions on how long to leave it on, whether the hair is dyed or whether you are dyeing roots and ends for the first time; it only says 30 minutes.

    I do the roots and then immediately the ends and leave it on for 30-35 minutes.

    Also, if you have a lot of gray hair, you need a base, meaning a shade with 00 or 0 in front and a regular one like this 55,21, and I mix half and half a tube with the developer that comes in the box.

    It is the most natural one with not many chemicals that I have found, I hope I helped!!!
