    Positives:
    It fits everything. Makes ice cubes without odors. It is beautiful and ergonomic.
    Negatives:
    After 4 years of use, the thermometer got stuck once and while it showed 3 degrees inside the fridge, in reality it had reached 9. I unplugged it and plugged it back in. The thermometer showed 9 degrees and started cooling immediately.
    Once the ice maker got stuck and did not make ice cubes. I pressed the reset button on it and the problem was fixed.

    I bought the first one in July 2024. Very nice etc. After a while, I started to suspect that something was wrong because the food wouldn't keep. I put a thermometer in the fridge and saw that the temperature ranged from 8 to 11 degrees even though I had set it to the lowest temperature, 1 degree. I called Samsung, their technician came, and after two failed repair attempts and many phone calls, they brought me a new fridge as a replacement. Since I was now suspicious, I saw that again it wasn't cooling, I put a thermometer in and again the same thing. More calls to Samsung and I started to think that they were all defective. On the phone, they ruled it out and said it was an incredible coincidence to get two defective ones, but now the third would definitely be fine. We reach February, I receive the third fridge and guess what happened. Well, the same thing again. More calls, the technician comes again and confirms the poor operation and now I am left waiting for their call to see what will happen. Imagine the hassle, so many times this big fridge coming with the transport company, phone calls, arrangements - I'm coming now - I'm coming tomorrow. It wouldn't fit through the main entrance and I had to unscrew the handle, the floor got scratched with all the coming and going, endless phone calls. Be careful because it is certain that the whole batch is defective.

    Final report: After consulting with the company, they sent me a different model which works satisfactorily. Now it's a wardrobe type and not the French Doors three-door I originally wanted, but it's just as well because the whole affair had dragged on for too long.

    2) It is impossible not to drip water when filling a glass from the water dispenser on the door. The water dispenser could have a better design and maybe a detachable tray for the dripping water.

    2) It is impossible not to drip water when filling a glass from the water dispenser on the door. The water dispenser could have a better design and maybe a detachable tray for the dripping water.

    It fits everything. Makes ice cubes without odors. It is beautiful and ergonomic.
    Negatives:
    After 4 years of use, the thermometer got stuck once and while it showed 3 degrees inside the fridge, in reality it had reached 9. I unplugged it and plugged it back in. The thermometer showed 9 degrees and started cooling immediately.
    Once the ice maker got stuck and did not make ice cubes. I pressed the reset button on it and the problem was fixed.

    I bought the first one in July 2024. Very nice etc. After a while, I started to suspect that something was wrong because the food wouldn't keep. I put a thermometer in the fridge and saw that the temperature ranged from 8 to 11 degrees even though I had set it to the lowest temperature, 1 degree. I called Samsung, their technician came, and after two failed repair attempts and many phone calls, they brought me a new fridge as a replacement. Since I was now suspicious, I saw that again it wasn't cooling, I put a thermometer in and again the same thing. More calls to Samsung and I started to think that they were all defective. On the phone, they ruled it out and said it was an incredible coincidence to get two defective ones, but now the third would definitely be fine. We reach February, I receive the third fridge and guess what happened. Well, the same thing again. More calls, the technician comes again and confirms the poor operation and now I am left waiting for their call to see what will happen. Imagine the hassle, so many times this big fridge coming with the transport company, phone calls, arrangements - I'm coming now - I'm coming tomorrow. It wouldn't fit through the main entrance and I had to unscrew the handle, the floor got scratched with all the coming and going, endless phone calls. Be careful because it is certain that the whole batch is defective.
