edit from 17/5 when the product was replaced until today, it worked once and then stopped working. although it seems to have battery.. I change to one star from the 5 I initially gave and after the problem 3.

Edit: I cut two stars, because after 7 haircuts it stopped cutting hair whether on the head, beard, or hand. I requested an inspection because it has a 3-year warranty and they replaced it after the inspection. We'll see how long it lasts and I hope it was just this one that was defective.

It is the only trimmer that has the lowest shave with the blade only 0.2 mm compared to others that are 0.3 and above. I use it for my head. It also comes with maintenance oil! Neat packaging, easy to handle and no irritation anywhere and I even have sensitive skin! Worth it!
