Polycarbonate weight 5mm per square meter = 6kg.

The polycarbonate sheets:

  • Are ideal for waterproofing, installed on pergolas, entrances, kiosks, greenhouses, etc.
  • Are installed in combination with other materials in shades (e.g., pergola with reed and polycarbonate, pergola with fabric and polycarbonate, etc.) for shading and waterproofing.
  • Maintain the natural brightness of the space.
  • Feature 2-sided protection from ultraviolet thermal radiation (UV Resistance).

Brief instructions for installing polycarbonate sheets:

  • The construction should have a minimum slope for water drainage.
  • Solid polycarbonate sheets have 2-sided UV protection from the sun, so there is no right or wrong side during installation.
  • Polycarbonate sheets should be stored in a place not affected by solar radiation before installation. A common mistake is leaving them horizontally on cement slabs. This leads to high temperatures developing between the sheets and the slabs, causing the sheets to warp and the films not to detach from the material.
  • Protective films should be removed immediately before or after installation because solar radiation affects them and prevents them from detaching from the sheet.
